As I open up more about my depression on social media as well as in life... I feel like I can connect more.
Maybe depression stemmed from saying no to so many things instead of saying yes.
Maybe I've just been overthinking everything and just need to relax and know that everything that happens is for the greater good of my being.
Just being open to life and all it has to offer is the best thing I could do for myself.
Maybe just saying Yes to things I would have never said Yes to before is what I need to do.
I'm just going to try it this week.
Let's see what happens.
