Run a mile a day.
Seriously, that's it.
If you run a mile a day consistently for a month (that's 30 miles!)
You will notice a change in fat in your body.
Even if you took weekends off that's still some miles!
The only way to loose weight is to get moving.
Just like when you walk your dog to take a poop, you should also take yourself on a run to help eliminate body fat and anything that is sitting in your stomach.
Super simple but consistency is key.
So schedule a time during the day that you run.
Before work, on your lunch break, after work. Before dinner, at 10 am...
Whatever the time, schedule it!
Put it in your phone as an alarm.
Write it in your calendar.
Tell your family and friends what you are doing so they can check in with you and remind you and help
Monitor your progress.
Then the faster you run the less time you will be spending on your run breaks.
Or you might do the same time and go a longer distance.
If you can't run, then walk.
Or run /walk until you can run a mile.
If you have trouble commiting to your runs then you need a goal.
Why are you running? Yes, I know you want to loose weight but why?
What is your underlying motivation? What is your drive?
Have a vacation coming up and want to look great in that bathing suit?
How about a wedding? Or a fun weekend somewhere?
Maybe you want to attract a mate? Or have your Current mate find you more attractive?
Maybe just loosing some Extra belly fat? Want those abs to pop?
Just want more energy?
Whatever your goal...
Write it down and look at it everyday!
